These terms govern paid subscriptions, trials, and evaluation access to DeliverLint. By purchasing or using DeliverLint, you agree to these terms. If you use DeliverLint for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.
Subscription and billing
Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. Prices shown at checkout exclude taxes unless Stripe states otherwise. You can cancel through the Stripe-hosted billing portal before the next renewal; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
License and seats
A paid subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the number of seats shown in your plan. You may use DeliverLint for authorized internal and client-service work. You may not resell, sublicense, publish access keys, bypass plan limits, or reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Delivery and access keys
After Stripe confirms payment, the checkout return page provides the application package, signed license, and a separate access-key file. Treat the access key like a password. A copied offline license can remain valid until its signed expiration date; cancellation or suspension prevents future retrieval and renewal.
What DeliverLint does
DeliverLint checks supported files for reproducible risk signals and helps a reviewer make a release decision. Results depend on the file, rule set, supported checks, and review scope.
Your responsibility
You remain responsible for final approval, authorized use of the files you scan, backups, and professional review where legal, financial, medical, security, or other high-stakes accuracy is involved.
No guarantee of correctness
A PASS means no unresolved issue was found under the stated checks. It does not prove that a deliverable is complete, accurate, compliant, or suitable for every purpose.
Early-access availability
Early-access features may change, fail, or be withdrawn. Keep backups of your files, reports, license, and access key. Do not rely on DeliverLint as your only approval process or record.
Refunds
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a paid period begins, except where required by law. If a duplicate charge or delivery failure prevents access, contact us promptly so we can investigate, restore access, or provide the remedy required by applicable law.
Acceptable use
Do not use DeliverLint to access files without authorization, distribute malicious material, evade security controls, or misrepresent an automated result as an independent certification.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend access for non-payment, abuse, security risk, or a material breach of these terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. Sections concerning ownership, responsibility, disclaimers, and payment survive termination.
Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by law, DeliverLint is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free results. DeliverLint Labs is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the subscription fees paid for the affected service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them.
